1. Who we are

NEXTSERVE GESTION DEPORTIVA SL ("Dashboll", "we"), owner of this website, is a limited liability company registered at Calle Hermes, 1 2 3A, 29010 Málaga (Málaga, Spain), company number B21847785. You can reach us at info@dashboll.com.

2. What we offer

Dashboll is a management platform for padel academies: scheduling, students, coaches, payments and a mobile app. These Terms govern your use of the platform (web + app) under whichever plan you subscribe to.

3. Subscription and billing

Your subscription starts from day one, with any active launch offer automatically applied. You can cancel at any time from your settings. Billing is handled by card or SEPA direct debit through Stripe, our payment provider.

4. Your account & data

You are responsible for your login credentials and the data you upload. When processing your students' data, we act as data processor; we sign a DPA with you which you can read at /dpa.

5. Cancellation & portability

You can cancel at any time from your settings. We provide a data export (CSV + JSON) for 30 days after cancellation. After that, your data is deleted from our production systems (backups are rotated within 90 days).

6. Availability & support

We work to keep the service available 24/7. No formal SLA is included in the Starter plan; Academy and Network plans include specific uptime commitments detailed in your contract. Email support during business hours (Mon–Fri 9–19 CET); average response time under 4 business hours.

7. Limitation of liability

Dashboll is not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, in accordance with applicable law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless consumer protection regulations require a different jurisdiction.
