1. Data Controller

NEXTSERVE GESTION DEPORTIVA SL (CIF B21847785), owner of this website, registered at Calle Hermes, 1 2 3A, 29010 Málaga (Málaga, Spain). Privacy contact: info@dashboll.com. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer reachable at the same address.

2. What data we process and why

• Director / coach account: email, name, role, and user ID. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Members your academy registers: email, phone, level, attendance, payments. Legal basis: performance of the contract between the member and the academy; Dashboll acts as data processor.
• Profile photo (optional): if you upload one, we store it to display it in the app.
• Device calendar events (optional): if you grant permission, we read your availability windows to calculate your schedule. We never write to your calendar or store event content.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe (sub-processor); Dashboll only stores the transaction ID.
• Device and installation identifiers: the push notification token and Firebase installation ID (to send you alerts), plus the technical identifiers used by our error-diagnostics tool (Sentry) and payment fraud prevention (Stripe). This data is transmitted encrypted and is never used for advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest in providing the service securely.
• Technical telemetry (logs, error metrics): IP address, user agent, timestamps. Legal basis: legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

3. Recipients and transfers

No vendemos datos. Los datos se alojan en servidores de Hetzner (Alemania) y algunos servicios SaaS que firmamos como sub-encargados: Stripe (pagos y prevención de fraude), Firebase (notificaciones push), Sentry (diagnóstico de errores, región UE), Mailchimp (sólo si la academia lo activa), Google Workspace (email operativo). Toda la infraestructura permanece en UE/EEE salvo servicios de Google, que operan bajo Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo.

4. Retention period

For the duration of the contractual relationship and, after termination, for the applicable statutory period (typically 6 years for invoicing). Backup copies are rotated every 90 days.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@dashboll.com. If you believe we are handling your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
